With any hand-picked bunch of problem solvers, the chemistry has to work. At MGA it does. We're a like-minded group of individuals with a shared passion for producing great ideas. We take our work seriously but not ourselves. We enjoy what we do and it shows.

Every one of us works closely with our clients. Here are some of the key people who could be working with you.

Peter Gibbon (Managing Director/CEO)

Peter has many years agency experience and set up MGA as an independent run agency 16 years ago.

Peter has tremendous energy and drive, and has a wealth of knowledge and experience from working across his clients' businesses. He continues to work very closely with all clients at the highest level.

Damien Millns (Client Services Director)

Damien has account handling responsibility for a number of the agency's consumer and business-to-business clients.

Damien has excellent project management skills across all disciplines, having gained considerable experience on a number of fully integrated projects for the likes of First Great Western, BISSELL Homecare and Rolls-Royce.

Mike Stone (Joint Creative Director)

Mike is a highly respected designer among all of our clients and within the industry.

Mike is responsible for the majority of corporate identities, print and literature design produced by the agency, whilst working closely with other members of the creative team to share knowledge and resources.

Steve Cox (Joint Creative Director)

Steve is a mutli-talented art director with over 20 years experience in the advertising business.

During the years he has been with MGA Steve has developed award-winning creative solutions for a range of blue-chip and government clients.

Barry Whitehead (Head of Copy)

Barry's career has included spells with some of London's most famous consumer agencies. Plus three years as Deputy Creative Director of Europe's biggest B2B agency group.

Barry's work has made several appearances in the D&AD Annual and other awards include Clio, Campaign Press, Cannes, British TV, The One Show, Creative Circle (Best Copy) and IPA Effectiveness in Advertising.

Melanie Fischer (Client Director)

Melanie is a founding partner of MGA and has 20 plus years experience in the advertising and design industry, primarily in an account-handling role. Her project management skills are key to all our client business.

Starting in TV production, Melanie brings specific experience to all the agency's exhibition, film and special event projects.
